    Below roughly 5 crore ARR, a great theme based store is usually enough. Above that, headless pays off in performance, flexibility, and the ability to roll out experiments without a theme freeze. We make the call on the strategy call with the math behind it.

  • Will SEO survive a replatform?

    Yes. We do staged migrations with full 301 redirect maps for products, collections, and CMS content, plus a Search Console rollover plan. We aim to recover traffic within 4 to 6 weeks and grow past baseline within three months.

  • Can you wire up GA4, Meta CAPI, and the actual server side stack?

    Yes. Server side GTM, GA4 with proper user IDs, Meta Conversions API, Klaviyo events, and Shopify customer events. Tracking is a first class deliverable, not an afterthought.
