CRM that fits your sales motion, not the template's.
Off the shelf CRMs ask your team to change how they sell. We do the opposite. We design pipelines, automation, and reporting around how your team actually wins deals. Built custom on Postgres, or configured properly on Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Common questions
How does pricing work for a CRM project?
Every CRM engagement is fixed scope, quoted in writing after the strategy phase. Real numbers depend on team size, integration count, customisation, and migration depth. We do not publish standard rates. Send us a brief and we will come back with specifics.
How long does a CRM project take?
Off the shelf CRM configuration ships in 4 to 8 weeks. Custom CRMs on Postgres take 12 to 24 weeks with phased rollout. Migrations are usually staged across 4 to 12 weeks to keep the team selling without disruption.
Custom CRM versus Salesforce or HubSpot, when do we pick what?
If your sales motion is differentiated, your data model is non standard, or licence fees are eating margin at scale, custom usually wins. If you want fast time to value with a known ecosystem, Salesforce or HubSpot configured well usually wins. We make the recommendation in writing on the strategy call with the trade offs spelled out for both paths.
Can you migrate us from our existing CRM without losing data?
Yes. We have done multi thousand record migrations from Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and homegrown tools, preserving deal history, attribution, custom fields, and audit trails. Cutover is staged with the legacy CRM read only during validation.
Will the CRM integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. Marketing automation, calling and email, finance, support, ERP, and warehouse systems. Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Razorpay, Stripe, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom. New integrations are usually one to two week sprints.
Can sales reps actually use it on their phones?
Yes. Mobile first design with one tap actions for the things reps do most often, including logging calls, updating deal stages, and capturing site visit notes. We test with real reps during build, not at launch.
Will leadership get the reporting they need?
Yes. Pipeline view, forecast accuracy, win rate by source, sales rep activity, and per geography or product line cuts. Dashboards designed with your sales head in the discovery phase, not after delivery.
How do we keep the CRM running long term?
Custom CRMs include 30 to 90 days of post launch support with bug fixes and tuning. After that, retainer for ongoing feature work, or full handover with documented runbooks. Off the shelf CRM admin can be trained on your team or kept on retainer with us.
